If your flight is disrupted

1. Check your flight on the operating airline’s status page.
2. Check change and refund procedures with the airline and ticket seller.
3. Review dates and change terms for each hotel, tour and transfer booking.

Earthquake & tsunami warnings

If a tsunami warning or advisory is issued, move to higher ground or a tsunami shelter. Stay away from coasts and rivers until it is lifted, and follow local evacuation directions.
