PICK A BASE
Start with one park
The river is long. Pick one base, then plan around it instead of trying to cross the whole city.
Yeouido
Easy riverside skyline views, picnic lawns and a central base for a first visit.
Banpo
Choose this for bridge views and an evening walk; check live fountain and event notices.
Ttukseom
A good east-side base for water activities, cycling and seasonal family facilities.
Nanji
Choose this for the campground and a quieter, more open riverside setting.
USEFUL ON THE DAY
The things visitors ask about most
Hangang Bus / river transport
Routes, boarding points and operating conditions can change. Check the official route and same-day notice before heading to the pier.
Swimming pools & water play
These are seasonal. Use the official park guide for open locations, hours, ticket rules and weather closures.
Convenience stores & ramen
Convenience stores are common at major parks. Use the seating area provided, sort waste, and do not assume every park has the same facilities.
Delivery pickup zones
Meet delivery riders at a marked pickup point instead of trying to describe a lawn or riverside path. Find the zone on the official map first.
Seoul Bike · Ttareungi
Buy a visitor pass in the official app, check a nearby dock and bicycle availability, then return it at a dock.
Camping & glamping
Nanji Campground is the dependable city-operated option. Reservations, opening days, equipment and permitted cooking areas must be checked before booking.
